I was very pissed about my wedding flowers. I paid too much for the centerpieces that were much smaller than what they showed me and were the wrong colors. I had two different looks and the one with the roses were completely the wrong color.
I hated the flowers and my mom and MIL even said they were not what we had ordered. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM....should I go back and discuss this with the florist??? p.s. the RH recommended them
has anyone had this problem too? I'm not trying to get money back because that would be not even possible because this place is all about making money

I definitely had a couple of vendors that I was unhappy with but I didn't complain. I just figured that they were paid & my wedding was over & there was nothing they could do for me after the fact.
But I agree, go through your RH. At the least, they can speak to the florist & they might pay more attention to the next wedding.

I would definitely complain to the florist and to the RH. You went with them based upon their recommendation. They should know exactly the quality of the service of the vendors they are recommending.

I would go back and let them know how upset you are and that they were not what you ordered I am still fighting with the hotel...I will not give up!

I would definetly speak with the florist and let them know how you feel about your flowers and hopefully they will somehow compensate you. I would also speak with your RH since they recommended the florist.
