I am drawing a blank here - i was going to make soup and sandwhiches and making a grilled cheese BUT would that be dumb bc of the bread and cheese in the soup?

I'd say a salad. You could warm up some pears, throw on some walnuts and blue or goat cheese. we're having soup and salad for dinner tonight too!

salad would be great! maybe a nice caesar salad...mmm im getting hungry, but DH is gone in the field training for the next week so I'll be cooking for one
