I went to make lasagna last week and realized I dont have a stock pot to make the lasagna noodles in. What size pot should I get?
8 or 12 qt?

Get the noodles where you don't have to boil them first...way less hassle and they taste just as good!!

I dont really like them. If you dont put enough sauce I find the middle is still hard.

Sorry you had that problem...I never have, but I guess then again I've only used them to make butternut squash lasagna with bechamel which are obvs both very moist.
