What time do you have to be at work? And...

i make up my own hours at work.. i normally have to be at work by 9:00-9:30, so

i wake up at 7:40am,
leave the house by 8:45
30-45 min commute.

when i got to be at work at 8:30, then i wake up at
6:00
leave by 7,
and get to work, at 8
