I usually wake up around 10:30am (I'm not currently working but I'm in a doctoral program with all evening classes, so I sleep in).
And I go to sleep b/n 12:30pm-2am.

What time I wake up depends on where I have to be at work that day (my clients are all around the place). I usually wake up anywhere between 7 and 7:50.
I try to get to bed by 11:30.

Im usually up between 10 and 11:30 pm and when I dont work I go to bed between midnight-3am. When I work Im in bed by 6 am.

I usually wake up around 10am and go to bed around 11pm-- I get a lot of sleep lol If I have to work in the morning then I will obv be up earlier but I do a lot of promotions that are later in the day (I have to be at work at 3pm today) so I can sleep in. DH has to be up around 6am so he needs to go to bed early and a lot of times I end up going to bed with him- not always, but most of the time.

I go to sleep at 10. First time I wake up is at 4:15 when DH's alarm goes off, then at 5:00 when he leaves, then at 6:00 when mine finally goes off. Weekends I can usually sleep until about 7-7:30.

sounds like me in the morning. i wake up each time DH's alarm comes on and then he hits sleep and then i wake up when it goes off again, and so on until he leaves around 7:30. not that i can complain..i sleep in for 3 more hrs after that.

Up between 6:30am and 7am Go to sleep between 11:30pm and 1am (I can't fall asleep earlier for some reason)

Wake up at 6:30 (but will be waking up at 5:30 next month, when I'll join a gym), and go to sleep at 11:30

I get up about 6:15 for work.
Recently I've been going to sleep later than usual (after midnight). But I like to try to go to sleep around 11 but it usually doesn't happen.
