What to get Hubby for 1st Anniversary???

After MUCH thought of what's going on in the world, we cancelled our 1st Anniversary trip to Las Vegas. So, now, just a few short weeks until our special occassion, I am thinking 'Uh-oh! I'd better think of something special to do instead!'

I'd like to get him something...but what??? I thought the trip to Vegas was enough dough to blow, so I didn't feel it necessary to buy anything. But now, I'd like to get him something special...but what?!?!?

Any ideas??? I know you don't know us personally, but you ladies always have such good ideas!

Thanks in advance!

Has there been anything he has been wanting but did not want to spend the money on. Something fun and silly like a playstation?

That may be a nice way to spoil him with something he would like but not necessarily would buy for himself.

another nice idea is to go to a broadway show or dinner and dancing at the Rainbow Room I just looked into it it is $140 per person for dinner and dancing.

Happy planning and Happy 1st anniversary.

We only had a few days to take right after our wedding, so that`s where we went for our honeymoon. We booked a Tower Room, but they do have other rooms which are also beautiful at more affordable prices for short stays.

It`s a great place for getting away from daily life and to just get back in tune with each other.

There are no TVs or radios in the rooms, but they do have real wood-burning fireplaces, which we absolutely loved .. I had such fun building a fire each night we were there. And we would just sit out on the balcony in the rocking chairs, gazing at the stars and talking.

3 Meals, afternoon tea and cookies, and most activities are included in the price. We ordered room service for our meals for the extra quiet time. Oh, and the food is incredible! They also have miles of hiking trails, with hundreds of places to just sit and enjoy the view, along with the Sky Tower. There is also a lake they let you take boats (paddle, row or canoe) out on for as long as you like.

It was great! Definitely worth every penny. My husband has never really raved about any of the places we`ve been to, but this place he insists we have to go back and visit. And it`s not far away either! 90 minutes from NYC.
