What was the best part of your wedding?

The best part of mine is when DH surprised me by singing 'She's Got A Way' by Billy Joel. I was hoping DH would sing at the wedding, but he never mentioned it, and he didn't tell anyone besides the band leader. He was wonderful, and brought me to tears!

I think the best part was the private moment DH and I had on the beach. No one was there excpet the photographers and it was just such an emotional moment, I'll never forget it.
As far as the most fun, I had a blast during the Hora!

My dad did this great surprise toast that I loved. It was unexpected and just so him.

Our entrance was really cool too - we gave the groomsmen swords and we came in underneath them. It was a neat effect.

The ride in the RR to the church with my dad was one of the most precious moments ever...

But the best part was sitting down of a second, looking around and watching EVERYONE..have the best time! And that everything turned out EXACTLY the way i dreamed

Feeling like a princess and prince all day when all eyes and attention are focused on us! It was GREAT!

When DH and i finally had 2 minutes alone in the bridal suite, and we were so happy and excited we were married FINALLY! and right after the wedding , when we were at the hotel and we went out on the balcony and just looked at the sunset together as husband and wife.

The best part besides marrying my best friend was my parent surprised me with a bagpiper and he also piped my father and I over the bridge it was amazing I always wanted one at my wedding since I was a little girl!! Very Irish family!!

Besides feeling like a King and Queen, marrying my soulmate and just being with family and friends to celebrate our special day. The best part of my wedding was that my dad surprised used with a Cher impersonator. She did a whole act with costume changes and she sang.

Mine was when my DH first saw me in my dress. I will never forget the look he had on his face. It was my favorite moment.

The whole day was awesome...but taking photos in Time Square was a highlight for both of us. It was surreal how so many tourists stopped to take pictures of us (no clue why though..maybe they thought we were celebrities..haha) and clapped and cheered as we walked thru.

The look on DH face when I walked down the aisle was priceless

I enjoyed the time I had with my sister the morning of my wedding getting our hair done and such. We had a great time.

The few moments that Dh & I had in our cocktail hour by ourselves. We just sat there me & him. Also I stood in the back of our reception room and just took everything in while everyone was having great time.

Honestly.... I'm glad it's over! I'm just happy to start our new lives together as husband and wife. But when I got to the alter and held DH's hand he winked at me, it was so calming. I made it through the whole ceremony without crying.

This might sound selfish, but putting on my dress was my favorite part! I had waited so long to wear it, and once it was on and I was ready to go to the church, I felt like......this is it! I'm getting married!

The best part of my wedding was my mass. Somehow, because of a church mix-up, we had the pastor of the church (who wasn't supposed to be available) and a priest we brought it from elsewhere who was really nice and and they concelebrated. It was so nice. We had readings in English and Polish (for DH and his parents, so they would feel just as comfortable and involved) and I sang along with the hymns and I remember every minute of the church. At the end, when we kissed, I very spontaneously stepped up a few steps on the alter so I would be DH's height. Everyone laughed and they still talk about that.


The reception was beautiful and wonderful, but I have to say that the church was the best.

Well of course seeing DH for the first time as I walked down the aisle was magical

But since we had a Greek ceremony, and there is no exchanging of vows (and hardly any contact or looking into each others eyes, etc), the best moment was right after our 1st kiss, after we walked back down the aisle as husband and wife, and were standing in the vestibule and just gazing at each other and tearing up and hugging that we were actually married. It was sooooooooooo emotional
