what was the most impressive meal you've ever made?

I once made a stuffed rolled Pork Roast along with stuffed mushrooms, green beans, carrots with butter and brown sugar.
presentation: A+ Taste: A+

It was for a Christmas dinner we have annually with my best friends.

During lent I made my seafood linguini with red clam sause. Yummy, DH loves it. Too bad its soo expensive.

I had a big party for my Grandmother's 93rd birthday this summer. Delectable salmons and swordfish, brialliant salads, and delectable desserts.
It was catered though. Does that count?
