the obvious the whole thing but what do you remember the most..
for me - the ceremony we had the day before in church and the next day at RH.. then after the ceremony DH surprised me with a book of picutres and poems he made about us over the years...

The ceremony was my favorite part. Reading our vows to each other was incredible. So touching and memorable. It was a perfect day!

Our ceremony, I put in a LOT of time in creting our ceremony and incorporating things from our heritage that were unique. We did a hand blessing, handfasting, arras and rose ceremony. Afterwards everyone raved about how unique ns special the ceremony was, it ws really great that people payed attention and liked it!

My dad and I had to turn a corner before getting to the aisle. Instead of just turning and going straight down the aisle, we made the turn, and then he stopped me and we just waited there, at the end of the asile for about 3 minutes. He told me to look around and take it all in. I saw DH at the other end, all the people around me; my chuppa, everything. My wedding went soooooo fast....like a blur. But I'll have that image in my head FOREVER.

Our first kiss. We hadn't seen each other the night before and all day, until I started walking down the aisle. Even standing at the altar together all I wanted to do was hug and kiss him, and I felt wonderful when we were finally able to!!! After that moment all the anxiety washed away and I was able to really enjoy myself as a new wife!!!!!

OMG how do you choose?
Loved seeing him for the first time...and saying our vows. Loved the boat ride. Loved the introductions. Loved the first dance! i see pictures of this and I remember exactly how I felt- just BURSTING with love for him. Loved the garter removal cuz he got SUCH a kick out of the sneakers and 3 garters. Cake cutting was fun too- just cuz we sang and danced the whole song! Certain songs were such a blast to dance and sing to- especially the ones DH got into.
Now that I'm past the wedding hangover I can finally look back on it without sadness! I really did have the best time and I can't wait to see the video and relive it!

The day was great but if I could do one part over again, would be getting ready. We started at 4:45 a.m. and all but 2 of my girls were there and we were drinking mamosa and having so much fun!!!

Sitting next to my HUSBAND after our vows was totally RAD
the limo ride from church to RH was a fave too- thats when we exchanged our wedding gifts
our BP's entrance supposedly was hillarious and im sure when i finally get to see the video it'll be a fave!

Other than the ceremony itself, it was AFTER the ceremony that was the most amazing moment.....
After all of our guests left the church, my husband and I sat on the steps for over 45 minutes and just talked about the ceremony, getting ready, what we were feeling......all of tha stuff. It was amazing, because NO ONE else was there....just us, in front of the church where we became ONE!

holding hands w/ DH through the whole ceremony and looking in eachothers eyes while saying our vows.
and my sisters' toast. i was so teary. it was incredibly touching.

Right after the ceremony....we snuck down the steps in the church (into a hallway below) and everyone else exited the church. We had about 2 to 3 minutes to ourselves and it was such a wonderful, emotional time for us to share our feelings and excitement abotu what just happened.
Also, right after we left the church we got into the limo by ourselves and the limo driver took us around the corner where no one could see us. We popped the champagne and had a few moments to just sit together and toast to our new life together. Those two times are some of the most special memories of our day -- i'll never forget them.

Hanging out at East Wind taking pictures. We ended up getting there an hour early b/c of the rain (were supposed to go to beach for pics)
It was just us and our bridal party and we were hanging out, laughing, posing for pictures.
I was so relaxed at that point and just enjoying my day!

Being alone in the limo on our way to do pictures... it was great to have our time to really be MR & MRs before all the celbrating began!!

For me, my favorite part wasn't during the wedding. It was the following morning when DH and I were on the airplane on our way to our HM. We were able to really reflect and talk about the day. We were able to just cuddle up and look at pictures from what we missed and talk about our favorite parts.

just the overal vibe of the day. It was a day only shared with close friends and family.... no one we haven't seen recently, or didn't know exceptionally well. This made the reception seem like a family get together
I also was very pleased at how classy and 'martha stewart-ish' everything looked. My vendors pulled everything off perfectly.
