for a furniture delivery? We will be having a full bedroom set delivered (king sleigh bed, armoire, dresser/mirror, night tables). They will be putting everything together, too. I feel like we need to give them a pretty big tip, but I have no clue what is appropriate nowadays.

That's so funny, we are having a furniture set delivered this Sat and I was wondering the same thing!!!! They are setting it up and have to bring it upstairs also...I would guess no less than $15 each??

we had furniture delivered: whole living room and bedroom set. i think we gave $20 or so each. there were 3 guys. my mom told me that was a lot, but we have about 15 steep steps up into the apartment and they had to take things apart bc the doorways are narrow. plus it was HOT! i think $15 is probably good.

I was going to say about $20 each, unless there are more than 3 of them, then $15 each.

Thanks a lot... yea I think $15-20 is definitely good.
I'm going to be at work when it gets delivered, but DH will be home... but i'm so afraid they're going to damage the walls or something! I am thinking I should take the day off to 'supervise'...

We got our furniture today and love it!!! There were two guys and they were really nice and professional. We ended up giving them $20 each.
lol Don't worry they do this all day long and know what they are doing
