I have an evening engagement party at Matteo's ( i think its in Huntington?).
I can wear a brown short dress i have, it has white flowers on it.
OR
black pants and a cute top.

I say dress. But I'm always a dress kind of girl....even in casual situations I'd rather wear a cute sundress than jeans or shorts or something.

Dress. I just feel for special occasions dresses look better-but then i am very feminine in that sense. I just feel more 'powerful ' and 'womanly' in a well fitted dress and heels.
Remember you can always use trendy accessories if you want to pop it up a little more.
