what's everyone BBQing this weekend?

I'll start...

I've been summonsed by DH to make the winning burger from that competition shown on food tv a couple weeks ago.

even for me, it seems like a good deal of work.... but I'll never turn away a foodie request from the spousal unit....

Those Berekely Burgers look nice thanx for the link im going to have to try them out too!

Today we have some people coming over so i just marinated the steaks and put them in the fridge. Also in the fridge are chicken legs that i marinated last night. Were going to make grilled veggies today (my favorite, so simple yet so delicious) peppers, onions, etc. w/seasoning, i chopped up potato salad and crab salad last night and im going to make some fresh salad in a little bit. I also made spanokipita with spinach and feta cheese which DH and i absolutely love. I can eat it everyday!

o god...i just sounded like a total hosuewife just now

well, I just came back from fairway..... all I have to say is those #@$# berkley burgers cost a FORTUNE between the sundried tomatos, meat, good buns, 60% brie, arugula, figs, fennel, walnuts....... good grief.... they better be good!
I'll let you know how they turn out....
