I'm going to train with my trainer, and walk out in my tank top afterwards, being that the grossness amount of sweat that sheds from my body is well........just plain gross. So for an hour, thats my plan on this beautiful hump day

Drinking a skinny cinnamon dolce latte... only 130 calories compared to Starbucks usual so its tatsy and good. Dont usually drink coffee but its serving a purprose today; keeping me from drooling all over my desk in a mess.

try peppermint tea if mint doesnt make you nauseus. Stops nauseau in most people-I always have some on hand.

i am supposed to be working... but not in the mood ~ I do have a bunch of things to do so i should get my butt in gear! it does look pretty outside from the window.... how is everyone else doing this morning?

taking DH to get his laser eye surgery, yay! he'll be able to see 20/15 afterward, which is exciting....and getting ready for classes to start tomorrow, which means lots of reading today! it's snowing here in Kansas, it's so pretty
