I went to Trader Joes a couple of days ago and stocked up on all my frozen fish (they have awesome fish there and very inexpensive) Anywho...
I am making stuffed Fillet of Sole (crabmetat and stuffing), it was already stuffed and frozen and some shrimp on the side along with it, hmmmm

Really? I would've never thought that anythingi n that store was inexpensive lol

They have good price on salmon??

DH wont eat fish, but I will buy it for myself if the price is good.

I don't know, but I'm craving steak now.

I'm making DH something yummy - maybe burgers (since I didn't get to do it last time I planned) with Mac & Cheese.

As for ME, it'll be grilled chicken again (I lost a pound since yesterday tho, so it's worth it. I'm on the right track!!!)

I have to go visit my friend in the hospital tonight and visit her little girl So I made dinner for us tonight last night.
I made a sundried tomato panko breadcrumb meatloaf. I baked it last night so all DH has to do is stick it in the oven again tonight to warm it up. Probably have salad and brown rice with it.

Going out for Greek food tonight. The place by us has a Thursday special and I've been craving gyros all week. Plus I don't feel like cooking haha.

Well, i LOVE going to Greek with my Dad in Astoria (totally blanking on the names of places he takes me)

I always end up ordering from local diner. I have one diner that does chicken gyros (if I want to be a little healthier) but I always end up having food remorse and wishing I ordered the real thing. LOL

We're having roasted sea bass a la Barefoot Contessa with orange glazed brussels sprouts and carrots and rice. Can't cook like this during the week when I am working so I want to play good cook while I can
