I know it's barely lunch, but I'm wondering what you are making.
I am making roasted chicken, grilled zucchini and some sort of couscous.

Re: What's for dinner tonight?
I have so much baking to do for thanksgiving we'll probably be ordering in tonight. Not to mention we have someone coming that wants to look at the apt so I have to straighten up a little bit. So much to do, so little time

Re: What's for dinner tonight?
I have chicken defrosted, so I will probably make something with that. Have no idea WHAT yet, though. I am not goin shopping so whatever we have at home will have to do. Maybe I can find something to make with cream of chicken soup ... ?
It was either that or burgers but I need to bake tomorrow night so that's probably a better burger night, DH can cook them on the BBQ while I make my pumpkin muffins.

It's half new england and half manhattan. My favorite type of clam chowder, mixed together. Soooo yummy!

Thanks! Is that the site someone posted last week? There are a few other sites that do that, but the campbell's recipes are actually pretty good! I have no cheese in the house but can get that at a conv. store if I must - a lot of their recipes call for cheese ...

MB - check out the chicken broccoli divan or the skillet herb roasted chicken. They have pretty common ingredients - I am making one of them, probably just have to go to a 7-11 on the way home to get one or 2 things tops.
