Oh, I know what you mean! I'm at the gym 4 days a week and still haven't lost the last 5 lbs to get back to my wedding weight!!! Eek. But I'm getting stronger, so I'm blaming it on the muscle / fat difference.
I had a can of soup for lunch since my throat is killing me. That, and a cup of chai tea (bag, not powder) with honey.
I have to get healthier... I want to go back to the fair tomorrow!!!

I'm was pretty good, a flatbread with turkey, cheese, and a little ranch dressing and a fruit cup.
Then my department head brought snacks to our afternoon meeting and I had chocolate chip cookies AND sunchips (because she know us girls need salty and sweet!) I would do great if my coworkers didn't make it impossible!
