Whats something cute your DH does that makes you grin even though its a 'quirk'

i will say my DH shares EVERYTHING he has with me-what is his is mine always...Well UNLESS it is something sweet. He has SUCH a sweet tooth! OMG! Candy, cake, lmao that is the only thing he will try to 'sneak' past me.

The other day he had eaten all of his ice cream (we bougth pints) on the second day-mine usually lasts a week or more. We hadn't gotten to the supermarket that day so he did't have his. I had mine. So i am on the couch thinking about it but didn't say anything. Yet I somehow KNEW what HE was thinking.

So when the movie ended, he got up and went to the kitchen and i tiptoed to see what he was doing...

He was trying to eat MY icecream! Like really opening the door quietly too so it didn't creak. Mind you, he is the most open, unsneaky and giving person there is.... except when it comes to sweets.

I yelled 'THIEF,' and he turned around and gave me that smile that makes him look like a naughty little kid (I love that expression of his) and his excuse was...

'I like it.'

It was pretty funny.

That's funny!!!

Hmmm, I KNOW DH has a quirk or two, but I can't really think of one right now!!!

i think nate has a bunch of cute quirks....one is when he gets excited or impassioned about something he's talking about, he does this thing where he breathes in and it makes this funny geeky noice. its kinda cute.

weird part is, its worn off on me. he laughs bc now i do it too. and its not something you can 'try' fo do, it just happens. i dunno where it came from!

oh, and also when he gets super excited about something or into something (yes, he's very excitable) he rubs his hands back and forth together really quickly (like youd do for warmth). i can hear it a mile away. when i hear it across the apartment i know he's all amped. Im yelling 'you excited, buddy?'
