What's the normal time frame to send out thank you cards?
When should I make sure I have all of my thank you cards done by? I need to start working them into my weekend schedule and I want an idea of when I have to have them done by. Any ideas?

I think etiquette says within 3 months. I don't know whats 'normal'...
I sent mine out as soon as I got the pics from my photographer
I sent mine right at the three month mark.
I would say as soon as possible...I know its a tough task...but up to 3 months...and I wouldn't be offended if I got it upto 6 months
I agree - as soon as possible. Some people I know sent them 6-8 months after the wedding, blaming it on the photographer, for their TY pic, but mine were back in 3 wks! I'm a stickler for sending out timely TYs so mine were in the mail within 2 months from the wedding.
I had mine out in abour 2 months. The trick that worked for me is setting a goal of doing 10 per day. I would take some cards and my gift list notes to work, and do a few during my lunch break some days, or sit and knock out a few after dinner. With only a half hour or so a day, I managed to get them out pretty quickly and painlessly.
mine were out in 2 months. I started writing them out when we gave our photographer our thank you pic, he gave me a the cards, so I had a head start on them
