Whats your favorite beach?

I haven't been to the beach in forever !! And before I move to N.C. I want to enjoy our beaches !!
I remember loving Smithspoint when I was a kid !!

Which is the rocky one West Meadow or Cedar?

Pretty sure it was Cedar that is more Rocky.

My fav beaches are out by Montalk the sand is wonderful or the Peconic Bay near Sag Harbor the water is so clear for NY.
Local I would say asharoken - Hobarts beach it is soo close and real private. I have even gone topless it is that Desolate

I love Ponquogue Beach in Hampton Bays..it's an ocean beach & about 10 minutes from my house.......it's my favorite place to photograph...you can go there 10 x's a year and it will look different each visit...here's some of the pics..

ooooh, I've never heard of these beaches before, they look beautiful !! (I was always going to Robert Moses, Jones or Sunken Meadow)

Thanks! It takes me about 50 minutes to get to Stony Brook from here, so about that long??
....they charge some ridiculous fees in the summer...$15 per day to non-residents....

It takes about 40-50 minutes from PJS-I live in Hampton Bays and when we visit my parents in Port Jeff Sta, it usually takes us about 40 minutes. HTH

geese I forgot Bayville on the 4th of July. We have a friend that throws one of the Largest and greatest parties. The Bonfires and fireworks are spectacular!
