And what I mean is what do you do to relax or unwind... either creative or not creative. What takes your attention so long that all of the sudden you realize hours have gone by.?

Re: What's your outlet?
In the winter - snowboarding..I LOVE IT!! I don't think of anything BUT snowboarding while I'm on the mountains...all worries disappear.
In the summer - Amusement parks, boating and wakeboarding.
All seasons - watching horror movies. Just make pretend that someone you hate is Michael Myers's victim.

Re: What's your outlet?
reading
or my latest obsession - on the wii - cabellas' hunting game. i get so into it. i could NEVER EVER kill an animal in real life (in fact, whenever we pass an animal on the road, i wave to them), but something about the having to be quiet and be patient, just calms me down and makes me focus...
i know - i'm a psychopath...

-Anything artistic, reading a good book, cooking, rarranging closets (yes im a weirdo but the symmetry calms me). I used to love running. HATE the gym but I like how you can just run and run till you're out of breath and then chill.

Reading a good book, watching favorite movies, doing arts & crafts (either scrapbooking, crocheting or painting) and ironing. I know it is wierd but ironing relaxes me.

My Computer and acupuncture treatments-actually, I try to make these treatments my outlet, but it is very hard for me to relax during them!
