Since it is our first Christmas married and in our house, I am dying to put it up already! When do you ladies put it up?

we got to the xmas tree farm and cut it down

I am putting up my decorations the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Last year we got a real tree. But this year we are going away for a week in December so I want to get a fake tree. In my opinion, it's so much easier.

This will be the first year that I am putting up a tree. I am actually excited (normally I am against trees in my house). I think I will put it up the weekend after thanksgiving.

My mom has always put it up on thanksgiving while she is cooking, and I plan on doing the same, if not that every same weekend. Actually I have already put small decorations around the house....lol Didn't want to store them to then get them out, but really I am just so very excited.
I bought an ornament which says Mr. & Mrs. 1st Christmas and it has our wedding pic. It should arrive in the mail, so I am super excited!

Probably on Sunday when we get back home after Thanksgiving weekend We have a fake tree but it's our first year with a BIG tree (last year we just had a tiny one....)

usually a week before christmas becasue I like to keep it up until my birthday (jan 7th) makes christmas last longer

I put everything up the morning after Thansgiving. And Take everything down the 2nd or 3rd of January

It's our first Christmas too since we were married 4 days after...I want to put it up the Saturday after Thanksgiving- I am super excited and obviously OBSESSED with Christmas since we got married around that time!

We are going to start decorating & putting our tree up during Thanksgiving week. I already have a few decorations out that I have made, but I am anxious to really decorate.

We put it up the 1st weekend in Dec... which is also the weekend after Thanksgiving. Yay! But it feels strange to already see so many holiday decorations around when it's supposed to be almost 70 degrees out today!

I never put mine up before thanksgiving. I need to take the holdays one at a time. LOL. Probably a few days after we will put it up.

Since DH & I cut down our Christmas tree, it won't be going up until the weekend of 12/13. We however will start to decorate the outside & inside of the house the weekend of Thanksgiving...
