i have no idea. probably not for a while. i LOVE kids... but im still undecided of when/if we're going to have them. we both have pretty strong feelings about how kids should be raised, and how involved parents should be,,, and right now, even just with Work, i dont see us having the time to invest in a child that i feel is necessary

I have baby fever now too..... especially with today as our one year anniversary! BUT, I said I wanted to wait at least 2 years after the wedding, that way I have a little more time to get my finances/cc debt in order - and I also wanted to have a higher paying, and more secure job before trying for a baby. Craig and I are both ready now though, if not for the financial aspect of it!!

We said that we are going to start right after our 1 year anniversary.

I've been married 3 years already - so I voted 2 or more years also... We plan to talk about it after October since my sister is getting married. So it won't be for another year at least. Guess I'm on the 5 year plan

We are going on 2 yrs this August, and hopefully we will start trying sometime at the end of this year or sometime next year. I am definately feeling that itch to be a mom. I am a mother baby Nurse and seeing all those babies always makes me want to have one.

We figured a couple years, but lo and behold, we're having our boy at the end of July.

If eveything was more situated with finances, I would have one tomorrow, but sigh....I guess we would try for next year.....My biological clock is ticking....

I want to finish my doctorate first, which will be in 3 years. So, probably 3-5 years. I'll be 30-32. There's a lot I want to do first. I actually don't even want to commit to getting a pet now because I want to be able to travel while we can, and spend money without worrying about a baby. Our finances would really be stretched with a baby right now.

we are thinking about the one year mark.... dh wants to start trying NOW.... but we need some more $$$, (and i need to find another job now)

Ok ladies- My husband and I were talking and we decided to try to get pregnant this September. I am a school teacher so i need to plan this out. We are so excited. I really cant wait. YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not for another 3 years..we have been married for almost 3 years

lets see... childcare is running
$50 a day x5 =250 per week
x4 weeks = 1000 per month

...and thats for starters....so at this
point - we dont know...

Have to finish my masters and 3,000 hours to get my license... so about 5-6 years. Hopefully I'll be more ready then... I'm SO not ready right now!

Said it before and I'll say it again... babies freak me out
