I bought mine last week and tossed it in the freezer. King Kullen has it on sale for .99 cents a pound (you have to spend $30 to get it at that price, but I do all my shopping there so it worked out).

I already bought mine and threw it in the freezer. Last year I bought mine the day before st pattys day and I had to go to 3 different supermarkets just to find one.
