to do your album - how long did it take? I went there pretty prepared so it only took me about 30 mins but that seemed awfully short to me.... like maybe I should have been asking more questions or giving more instructions. Granted...it took me almost a year to pick out my album!

Mine was probably only 30 minutes as well! It took me 9 months to pick out my pics so I had everythign labled and numbered. We just switched around a few and I was gone!

I actually feel like they gave us the work to do...which was fine. We ended up meeting for about an hr but she was good! she took my 50 pics and shuffled them around and waaaalaaa it was perfect! I am a little annoyed to wait 4-6 months though for my stuff. they have all my money and I have to wait. I was very happy with them until I heard about all this waiting.

Ours only took about 30 minutes (if even that long...) We just got a flush album with the standard 36 photos that we had picked out ahead of time, so really all we had to do was choose the color of the cover, the color of the writing on the cover and the color of the edges of the pages. We really didn't discuss much with them - just gave them the proofs in the order we wanted them and she numbered them. We gave them the proofs for any additional prints we wanted and that was it

yeah we did - had it all done - but being we are doing custom backgrounds it took awhile longer - i totally expect the complete time working with the photographer to be like 8 or 9 hours. i am a picky gal LOL

My first meeting was about 3 hours (and I had 200+ pictures that we pared down to 167), the second meeting was about an hour & a half.

We weren't there long either. We had gone over everything about a billion times and had everything we wanted labeled and numbered. Even our thank yous and enlargements! We swicthed a few things around and gave him license to put whatever border he wanted on the picture, and we were outta there. It took us maybe an hour at the most.
