Where oh where is Elizabeth?

Could it be she is is in labor?? Oh how I hope so

I'm here!!! Today's my due date but who knows....

Actually last night I was at the hospital on a fetal monitor for a few hours - the baby is fine! Sunday night I was having alot of 'different' pains but nothing that resembled what they say real labor pains feel like. However my belly was very hard all night and into Monday, like it was in one huge neverending contraction (tightness but no pain) DH & I were running a few errands yesterday and around 5 o'clock I realized I hadn't really felt the baby move all day. I called my OB and he sent me to the hospital to make sure all was OK. And like I said, the baby is just fine. Turns out I was also having contractions about 10 minutes apart but not painful ones which are the sign of real labor so home we came. Baby is active again today...it's so scary though. I was trying not to think negative on the way to the hospital. Derek was pretty worried too but afterwards we were saying how we were both trying not to fuel the fear so we drove there in virtual silence. Anyway, thanks for thinking of me I hope it's this week! My SIL is due on Thursday and today's my niece's birthday so it's a busy week in my family, it would be funny if we have the babies the same day. I'm going to just relax the rest of the day and watch a few DVD's my friend lent me...has anyone seen Chocolat? It's supposed to be very good.

I can't wait for those pics of Anna's baby boy!

Chocolat is very good. I really loved it. I also bought the soundtrack on CD. It's very relaxing to me. Enjoy. Relax. It will be here before you know it.

Elizabeth, sorry to hear you had a little scare, but I'm glad everything turned out ok. Please take it easy today and just relax and watch every movie you have in the house!!! We're all thinking of you and sending you !!! Keep us posted if you can!!! I hope you go today or at least by tomorrow!!!!!

Elizabeth, you are one of the first people I think of each morning (please don't think I'm a loony... I'm just so excited for you! ), and I can't wait to hear you are in labor or have had your baby! Please promise that you'll designate someone to tell us!?

I will be dying to let everyone know so I can't see him wanting to make a woman in labor angry by not doing what she says!

Still around! Can you believe I'm 1 day overdue and getting all depressed?!?? It's so hard to wait at this point! When we were getting married, we knew it would be March 17th and that was that. With the baby, it's not like the due date is an exact, I knew that, but now that the due date has passed, I'm projecting and fearing JennRenee was right and it will be October 28th!! Tomorrow I go to the OB so I hope some progress has been made. On the positive side, baby is healthy and has always been great with each visit so I don't have anything to truly complain about - soon enough I'll have the baby in my arms, it's just not on my time. I think it's stressful and exciting and scary and joyous and alot of other overwhelming feelings all hitting me at once. Thanks for letting me spout a bit. I'm going to have a hot chocolate! I'll keep you all posted.

Ok, since Cira is getting another guess, then I can too!! Usually the first is about a week late, so since you were due 10/15, I'll say 10/22!! And I predicted a for you, which means you'll have a !!! After all John Anthony needs a little girlfriend!!!!

Hang in there. I cannot imagine how hard waiting at this point must be- plus uncomfortable. Try not to get yourself all upset over it since that probably doesn't help the labor at all. And try to get some rest. Before long the baby will be crying for you

Still here! Still waiting! SIGH! Had my OB appt today and hahaha, just in case you don't know, they are clueless about when the baby will come, they have no crystal ball! I'm still 2 cm dialated which I've been for a week. But now that I'm overdue I go back on Monday......unless....I have the baby. LOL - Everyone is calling me with natural induction ideas. My SIL was due today and she's still waiting too, so no nephew yet either.

It seems to me that I keep hearing alot of boys being born lately, the suspense is killing me or ???
