where to get pictures framed?

where to get pictures framed?

i just got my enlarged pictures from my photographer ... i want to get the 16x20 matted and framed.
1) where should i go?
2) about how much should i expect to spend?

my mom just brought her 11x14 today and she is paying $116 (framed and matted). i have no idea how this compares to other places!

I bought my frames at Michaels, they can do it professionally themselves, ro they sell frames with mattng which are very nice and great prices!!! Especially if you go in there with a coupon!!!

They usually come in the sunday paper..im in Nj though..so i dont know if its different in LI. Sorry Im not much help...I actually bought frame with matting for my seating chart..it wsa BEAUTIFUL and it was only 45 bucks I think..so fater my wedding..I wanted similar for my professional photos so I chekced thetre and they were HALF OFF..I saved a TON of money and when friends come oever..I get nice compliments on my frames...I definately reccomend checking them out..I think their prices are hard to beat. My sister had tehm professionally do hers, she said at a graet price, but I dont see how hers professionally done look any different from MINE! GOOD LUCK!!
