Which do you prefer?

driving a manual or
driving an automatic?

I seriously do not know how to drive an automatic. DH and I both drive standard cars and have for several years. I got into an automatic last year when my car was in the shop. I couldn't get out of the parkinglot. I kept putting one foot on the gas and the other foot on the break. They came out and gave me a standard cause they were afraid I was going to damage it

I LOVE manual transmissions.......they are a lot of fun to drive sometimes! My current vehicle is an automatic transmission, but when I get my new car, it will be manual

i prefer automatic....

but i SORTA know how to drive a manual (but not well enough where i feel comfortable to drive it alone!)

I learned how to drive on a manual but prefer an automatic. I couldn't imagine driving a manual around NYC!

automatic...no question. I bet I'd be a spaz with a manual. DH has always had a manual- bought a new car actually. I really have to learn to drive it incase of emergencies. One good thing is gas mileage can be way better on a manual.
