Which recipe will be the one that you will pass on to your children?

Which ONE recipe is most important to you for any reason and the one that you think is most important for you to pass on to your children or other family members?

Mine will be 'Uzbek style Rice Pilaf with Lamb or Beef' recipe. My grandfather and grandmother taught my mom and my aunt how to make it and they have passed it on to my cousins and I. Its kind of like what our family is best known for making.

I have lots, which in the end make up more of traditional meals, not just single dishes....its interesting how certain things just 'go together' after a while and you can't imagine having them with anything else!

Our Christmas Day supper though will be one for sure:

Roast Beef
Roast potatoes with rosemary
Brussle Sprouts & carrots
Yorkshire Pudding
and Plum Pudding (complete with the flames!) with hard sauce for dessert.
