White House Greeting

I have a stupid question for those who have this for a wedding. Under the couples names did you put your madien or married name? I was sure how the card read when it arrived.
Please tell me what it says if you have this. Is it something like Mr & Mrs Smith or Mr. Smith & Miss Jones?
