Absolutely! I definitely work up a sweat!

Yes! You get sooo outta breath! Its so funny too cause if your doing it for a while it stops so you can get water! I feel sore the next day especially if I do the skiing.
It weighs you and gives you pointers. Don't like the weighing part though..first time it weighed me it changed my character to a chunky version!!

the worst was that I did it in front of a bunch of people lol. The age thing bothered me more though.

For the Wii i love the boxing, that REALLY works out your arms. I was playing it for a while and the next day my arms were so sore

where can you get a Wii fit? i went to best buy but they didnt have any available
