i'm feeling sort of ok for the first time in a very long time!
dh & i went to cingular last night to get him a new phone (an outing is a big deal for me these days!), and then we had dinner at the diner.
and today i actually went into work, the family needed help with something and i'm the only one who could take care of it ...
it felt good, and hopefully i'll have more good days like this ...
now i'm relaxing on the couch, while dh plays his video games ... and i kill time on facebook playing games

which is probably want your sister will do...& then they will send her home for rehab ....
