Re: Who to tip? And how much?
Photographer 50.00 Also paid for a meal 30.00 (paid for a meal for Light person)DJ 50.00 Also paid for a meal 30.00
Wait staff 125.00 (we had 125 people) they said to do 2-3 dollars a person, but that is ridicules!
MatrieD 150.00
For hair and makeup I didn’t tip. I thought the prices were outrages to begin with.
Limo’s the tip was added in when I had to pay for them and it was 20% for each driver and I had two.
I think that is it.

mskimmy98, I think I am going to follow your tipping guidelines!
Seriously, it is all so expensive already! Did you have someone give each waiter the tip or did you give it to the maitre d to share among them?

Re: Who to tip? And how much?
I gave two envelops:One for the wait staff with 125.00 in it.
One for the maitred with 150.00 in it.
That is what the Riviera told me to do.

Re: Who to tip? And how much?
Photographer $100 (12 hours with us, multiple locations)Videographer same as photographer
Maitre D/Bridal Attendant/ Captain $450
this was the $3pp the hall recommended saying the envelope was split between all 3, they didn't deserve that much in my opinion
Flowers $0
Hair $0
Make Up $0
All of those work for themselves so they get to keep the money they make
Limo - tip was included, except pick up tip wasn't gave him $15 (rip off)
LA Productions - wasn't going to tip because she's the owner but her and her assistant did such an outstanding job I gave them $100 so hopefully they did something nice for themselves with it.
DJ/MC $50 each, again not really deserved but did it anyway
That's all we tipped I think

Re: Who to tip? And how much?
Did not tip video, flowers, dj all owned own business.Photographer 100
Assistant 50
Maitre d 300 $2 a person
Bridal Attendant $100
Limos- tip was included but we gave the guy who picked us up afterwards like $10-20.
I fed everyone.
Don't go crazy with tips. It is not like you are not paying for these peoples services and even the waitstaff are getting paid.

Re: Who to tip? And how much?
Here's who we wound up tipping$1200 was split between maitre d, 2 captains and bridal attendant- I thought that was WAY too much, but that's what they asked for and that's what my dad wound up giving
$30 to each band member (8 in total)
$70 the day of to each photog/videog, will also give another $100 when I pick up proofs (works out to $100 each)
$20 or $30 to limo drivers
$10 to flower delivery guy
