Why do older people have a problem with

technology I mean from TV remotes, cell phones, and god forbid the internet or the computer. I bougth my grandpa a computer for father's day. He was taking computer classes at a community center by his house, soo cute, and since my grandma passed away he is alone now in the house and I know this would occupy his time. Since we set it up for him, I have gotten 2 frantic phone calls at my job. One was that he couldn't turn it off, there was no shut down icon, before that he thought you could just pull the cord outta the wall to turn it off. Now I get a frantic call that there is a smudge on the 'television screen' that's what he's calling it and that it needs to be returned. I'm trying to explain to him that it's only a fingerprint and to take a napkin and wipe it off. Both me and him get really excitied when we talk so now we're both yelling at each other over the phone. I had to tell him I have to call him back because he wasn't getting that that TV screen don't have to be returned lol...
