I'm at the post office at Grand Central waiting in line for 30 minutes to mail a package. Some chick is standing behind me so closely that she keeps bumping into my bag. Bugging the heck out of me, so now it's my turn to do the bugging...........
I turn around and face her, and wait in line like that. When the line moves forward, I take a step backward. She finally asks me why I am facing the wrong way and I calmly reply, because when I face forward, you are up my a$$. Told her that standing so close to me is not going to make the line move any faster, and that she has to learn about PERSONAL SPACE.
Just thought I'd share. Oh the joys of working in midtown.

She didn't say a word, just looked at me like I had three heads. It worked though - she kept back.
BTW, I'm always the quiet one in the group. They say you have to always watch out for the quiet ones.

I hate it when people fo that and you were alot nice than I would have been. When someone does that to me, I usually let slide once and then I will turn around and ask them if the words excuse me are part of their vocabulary.

lol happens to me too-best part is when people 'select' you to sit beside on a bus or train -nevermind the ret of the bus is equally as empty-because they think a. you're small enough to swish so they can take up their set and yours or b. you're a ncie person who won't spout foam and pea soup and yell 'get the flip off my setat you moron'

you go!! loved it!! i used to commute on the A train and boy talk about space issues (also the 7 train oy vey). one time this woman was standing so close to me holding the rail overhead she kept elbowing my boob...i barked at her 'can you stop elbowing my boob??!!!' she yells back something about not having her personal limo that day...we went back and forth for a while till i told her to go f herself...one of those days!!@#
