Why I don't need to win an LIW contest.

Today, we had a Newlyweds GTG, as some of you know. Since I'm moving, some of the girls made it a 'Goodbye Rachel' GTG. it was really awesome, and all of us had a great time. I also enjoyed meeting the girls I had never met who were there.

Then, Michal (MrsWask) and Jackie (Jax430) pull out boxes. Wrapped Present Boxes.

'Rachel, we're going to miss you, and we got you some going away presents.'

The card is signed 'Jax430, LBF404, MrsWask, Xelindrya, GroovyPeg, FeliciaDA, [email protected], and Eroxgirl.'

They bought me some beautiful things off my registry: an ice bucket and a bottle cooler.

So this is why I don't need to win an LIW contest - because I won the most awesome friends already.

I am so sorry I couldn't make it to the GTG yesterday, Rachel but happy you liked the gift. Jackie did a great job picking it out!

When is your actual move date? I am giving my friend Lori in Bear, DE a heads-up when you move (heck at least she might be able to meet you, since I can never seem to after all this time )

The moving company came today to pack our stuff. Tomorrow they put it on the truck, and Wednesday it goes into the new place.

Felicia, I would love to meet your friend (and you, once you come down to visit her), but I have a VERY important question - Is she a Yankee Fan??????
