i do like it alot. Its like bootcamp, you run for 2 mins, then row for 2 mins, then run for 2 mins again then another activitiy she throws at you. I def sweat and get more of a workout than the regular wii fit stuff.

Sometimes ppl dont get how you have to do the certain moves lol. Dh was doing the running through the tires thing and he couldnt get it to go at first, i had to explain to him how to do it, bc at the same time you have to move the controller and nunchuk in the same direction youre going, same with some other stuff. But also for arms that really works them out.

I literally just got back from J & R where I bought the Fitness Coach (was buying DH a Vday present and got one for myself!) I will let you know how it is! Only thing I heard it that it's not compatible w/the Wii Fit, but is still supposed to be good...I liked the Jillian Michaels game, but found her voice realllly annoying...

I am BEYOND out of shape so the wii fit is giving me a workout. Not to the point that it's too hard but my heart is racing and I'm breaking a sweat!

I hate that the thing tells me I'm older then I am. Monday night I was 38, last night I was 48

Re: Wii fit

I have to disagree..but perhaps I havent given it a chance. I find it a bit annoying. I prefer My Fitness Coach :)
