Will DH tell you if he doesn't like what you cook?

I forgot that DH isn't crazy about chicken legs but he ate them anyway. He doesn't make a big deal, but I felt bad.

Not really, if he isn't thrilled with what I cooked, he will put a little on his plate, eat most of it and then say he really wasn't that hungry.

we're both really open when we like/dislike things the other cooks. we want to be caterers someday, so it's fairly important that we know our stuff tastes good!

Yes, he will tell me if something needs more salt or maybe more mushrooms - which I am glad about b/c I'd rather he'd be honest then lie about it.

DH would tell me if there was something that he didn't like.

Sometimes he does but he would usually eat what I cook. I know what he likes and doesnt so it is easy most of the time.

He'll tell me it was ok... but then if I probe him he'll say he won't like it, yet he'll eat it anyway.. weirdo

Oh yeah he most definitely will...as a matter of fact I made a BBQ Chicken glaze two weeks ago and I'm still hearing about it NOW!!!!!!!

I know when DH doesn't like what I cook when he says 'It wasn't my favorite'. This means it was gross and never make it again!!!!

he loves my cooking (and compliments me regularly), but definitely will say if there was something less than stunning.... I know he dislikes my porkchops. He also said he dislikes stuffing.

strangely, this makes me rise to the challenge to make the most amazing suffing and porkchops in the universe... ones that have universal appeal... that even HE would like. Recently I won the stuffing debate....

Uh huh... Sometimes he won't say a word to me but he gets up and goes for salt, sour cream or whatever else he can find to add to it. His other cooks bland food so I guess its habit because Im altina..we DONT cook bland lmao . but when he does do it, I just make mroe of a mess-happily splashing chaos everywhere lol because when I cook, HE does the dishes!!

Yes, he will tell me. Then I tell him that he can cook next time.

He'll tell me, but he'll eat it anyway. He's not fussy at all and will eat anything.

yeah he will, although so far so good - not getting many complaints, mostly compliments!
However, last week I cooked fresh broccoli and I thought it was cooked perfectly, but he likes it super crunchy, almost raw... so when I noticed he wasn't eating the broccoli, his fave veg, I asked him why and he told me. So a few days later I made the broccoli again and somewhat undercooked it for him. He was a happy camper!

i have asked him to tell me b/c if he doesn't like something i cook, but doesn't tell me, i am just going to make it again - but he is too nice because often i will know something is bad but he will eat several servings of it anway i guess his tastebuds just aren't as sensitive as mine!

DH is a ridiculous crazy picky eater. So I ALWAYS have to think of what to make so he will like it!
