Not for nothing, but, I thought all the bugs with Vista were supposedly worked out? I bought a new laptop over the weekend and I've had nothing but issues running Vista. Applications don't load, certain websites won't load up, I've had to use the Task Manager to close programs, etc. I wish I were still running XP.

*sigh* I've never missed XP more. You can't even get information on how to troubleshoot your Vista problems anywhere. Grrr.

I dont mind it as much as I thought I would, but I hate then IE freezes up and I have to use the task manager.
I also get this weird random glitch where a billion windows open when i click on a link. Then I have to just hold the button down and shut down the computer...so annoying.

I couldn't properly install flash for the longest time. I couldn't view videos on Youtube! It was awful. Then one day I could view the videos. When I try to check my work email I have to choose the basic option which is garbage and pain to read the email. You would think microsoft would have their sh!t together already! I bought my laptop in August 2006!

i just got a brand new dell laptop this week and the guys at the office formatted it and put on windows xp
My dh is in the tech biz and has never used vista he says it stinksss, none of our clients use it either

instead of using internet explorer, download mozilla firefox. i see a huge difference with all the vista problems.
