My friend wants to do a wine tasting for her sister inlaw's bachelorette party. Can anyone recommend a good place? TIA

Any place on the North Fork is nice. You can google and get a map and list of events. I was just there on Saturday and we did 4 vineyards.

see what the North Fork Trolley has available, google to find their website. I recently went on their Monday wine tasting tour for my sister's birthday. It was only $30 pp. and went to three wineries, tasting were included. If Monday's are bad for your group, I'm pretty sure they have group tours on other days for more money, but I think it includes lunch.

This past weekend we used Long Island Wine Tours to go to the vineyards. It was awesome! The owner, Jimmy, was a pleasure to deal with. He had a limo bus come and get us, take us to 3 vineyards plus a farm stand and then bring us home. We also got a really nice catered lunch at one of the vineyards. Since it is for a BP, I would strongly recommend checking it out. The price is definitely reasonable. We did the Sauvignon Blanc package and I think it was $115 pp (excluding tip...next time I would say it's $130-140 pp).
We went to Laurel Lake, Ospreys' Dominion, and Vineyard 48. We also chose to go to Harbes farm stand...they have a vineyard there now too.
If you want to do it on your own, I love Bedell.
