Wish Me Luck!

So now that DH and I live together, it's been a challenge making dinner. I usually get home later than him (around 7 or so), but dinner is mostly falling in my lap. A little stressful!

Anyway trying the slow cooker for the first time. Found a great and easy recipe for lemon garlic chicken with wild rice on epicurious last night. Literally took 3 minutes to prepare.

I hope it comes out okay!!!

Anyone have any other good slow cooker ideas?

Today was not the best day, and it was topped off by terrible dinner! The meal was cooked through and everything, but the flavor was beyond bland!

I will have to keep searching for new recipes
