Work vent

I work in an office and we have 10 field techs who we communicate with via Nextel. They are all great guys but everyday, I am getting a call from one of them telling me he can no longer work with so-and-so!!! I swear they are worse than 12=year old girls!!! This is your JOB, guys! GROW UP and learn to get along with each other!!! UCK I can't even deal with them sometimes!!
