working today

i hate working today. its such a waste of a day, we close early, and NO ONE is here! i'd rather be unpacking!!!

I'm working too! People are here but the phone has rang once sine 7AM! AND we just got an email that 'today is a regular work day' but my boss told me 'regular work day means 7 hours, so lunch is from 2-3 so leave at 2'!

I'm with Celia...LIW all day!

our office is open till 3, I am leaving at 2, but we arent going to get anything done. Our clients are busy with their kids, most of the school board people are out on vacation...

Yet we have 2 hearings today. go fig

I am working today as well. We close at 2:30 today which is cool. I actually have a bit of work to get done before then. I left early yesterday due to a migraine headache.

Yupp... I'm at work.. doing nothing hoping to leave early but not getting my hopes up. I can't really complain though I get out at 4:00 everyday.

I run the businesses out of the house but I know what you mean. The phones are dead today and I just want to put the answering machine on and get things done for the holiday tomorrow. My DH should be home in an hour also... its a wasted day totally....

I'd honestly rather help you unpack than sit here. Thank goodness Megan's pro pics have occupied my co-worker and I for the last hour.

ETA: At least I get to leave at 3. And I've been playing my Nintendo DS at my desk today. That's how dead it is!

I'm working and we don't close early. I'm on the clock until 6 tonight but I'm spending most of the day out of the office taking a kid job hunting. Stupid DH got to work a half-day today...FROM HOME.
