be honest with the dress shop. They may order fabric for you just in case to put panels in the dress if you get preggers.

if you think there's a very good chance that you will be pregnant by then, then maybe you should order the dress 2 or 3 sizes larger than your size now. I've heard it's easier and cheaper to take a dress in than it is to let it out.

My sis is preggers and she had to order a few sizes up, Does the bride not want pregnant BMs?

Thats not a bad idea. it may cost slightly more if you do need to take it in a lot, but it's going to be cheaper than adding fabric!

I'm in the same situation. One of my best friends is getting married in July...I spoke to the dress shop about it and they said I should wait to order the dress (because she weants to order it now) and I told her that wasn't an option cause the bride wants it ordered now...I was like just order it for me 2 sizes bigger b/c its always ok to take in...So that is what they are going to do for me.

does she know you guys are going to be trying around that time? maybe you should talk to her? I would have wanted one of my friends to at least tell me- I would have been thrilled but just nice to be told
