I showed my place the other day and who strolls in? Some guy with his effin dog My daughter is allergic to cats and dogs ,and this dummy is strolling in my house like he is Paris Hilton or something !! Seriously why cant people think before they do things?Maybe its just me but I thought it was very rude !!

The other thing is...I CANNOT STAND when people bring there little dogs out in public places..restaurants, shopping malls and other places they should not be It is seriously a PET PEEVE Of mine

Mine too !! Mainly b/c of my daughter !! She gets asthma attacks if there is too much dander in the air

Yes I would be so mad. Unless you are blind there is no reason to have a dog in someone else's home, the store, the supermarket or anywhere else. This sense of entitlement that people have really annoys me.

I would get real upset about that too. Dh is allergic to alot of dogs so i would hope if somebody wanted to bring their dog to my house they would ask me first. And in your situation this guy has no idea if you wanted a dog in your house so should not have brought the dog. I understand people love their pets and don't blame them but you also have to remember there are people who are allergic so have to be careful

It would annoy me very much and I would ask the person to leave the dog outside. I don't allow any animals in the my house!

I absolutely adore animals and I think I wouldnt care if someone walked in with a dog to my house because I go crazy when I see dogs but thats ME. I dont have an allergic child at home or someone that would be affected by this. I think its nuts that he just walked right in without even thinking to ask if its okay. Honestly I feel like for some people thats like walking into someones home with a lit cigarette without asking. I can see how this could have been annoying for you. Did you ask him to leave?
As far as animals in public places, it doesnt bother me at all unless they are barking like crazy.

Oh I forgot to add.. Hair Salons too
I actually have this one client that I have to go get a dish so she can give the dog water, it even gets a haircut w/the hairdresser after her.

Yeah I can see what you mean about 'offending' people when it comes to their pets. Some people can get very defensive! Almost psychotically defensive about their pets! It stinks that you had to just let it go especially when your daughter is allergic. Its just something people should have know not to do.

Yes, it would annoy me...that's really inconsiderate!! I would definitely tell your real estate agent to alert future home-seekers not to bring their animals. (Shouldn't they know this already....)
