Would this bother you ??

Well I'd feel the opposite way honestly! I'd be excited to do it over on the same weekend the following year. Especially if it was a very close friend of mine. I'd be siked, especially to have all the men there too and have a big huge bash..
I see what you're getting at though, theres so many places in the world to do this, WHY 'your' place?
But I definately wouldn't sweat it. You'll have a wonderful time and believe me, YOUR night will always stand out in its own special way, no matter how much fun you guys have the 2nd time around!

think of it as an honor-- that she had such an amazing time at your bach party that she wants to share a similar experience with others who werent there last year.

honestly no it wouldn't bother me, but I guess I can see what you're getting at since you're worried that something might happen to give you a different memory of the place where you had so much fun for your b-party (i.e. the guys saying something to upset you). I would say let your friend be able to have it where she wants to, and think of it this way, if the guys somehow put a dent into the fun, then really its her bachelorette party that will be effected, not necessarily yours.....after all its the good memories and fun times that were had at yours that is making your friend want to have it there in the first place. You'll prob. feel differently once the date gets closer.

it kinda bothered me that DH's best man took them to the same restaurant that we had our rehearsal dinner for the bachelor party. and that was before the rehearsal.

but a year later i think it wouldn't bother me. 07 was your year...now, we're just regular people...lol. let others enjoy the same place you once had great memories.

Honestly, it wouldn't bother me one bit. Your Bachelorette party can't be tainted because it already happened! Your wonderful memories of it should not be spoiled by anyone. Try not to let it bother you and look at it as an opportunity to have new memories of the same place but with DH this time around.

I'd feel weird, ONLY IF their was a stripper there for my wedding! I guess in a sense, it would make me feel uncomfortable. Thats JMO though...
