Would you...

attend an event for past brides? Sort of a 'Wedding Dress Ball' or 'The First Brides Ball' or something? I have read a bunch of posts on how people wish they could do it all again & wondering if you would attend an event that let you wear your former wedding dress (or a new one if you got the $$) or any type of white dress?

second part of this question: if you WOULD attend, would you prefer it to be ladies only or for both the brides & grooms...?


Here's my take: I would love to go to something like this & do either all ladies or ladies & gents!

I think that would be so much fun, and I think just all girls rocking out our gowns would be awesome

Boys are allowed but I wouldn't make him get a tux :)

I don't think I'd want to put on my dress again and go out to meet a bunch of other brides in dresses... I think it would just be too weird!!! But I voted maybe lol.

I'd definitely want it to be only the women though.... I almost feel like it would take away from our wedding day, though, to go out in my dress again.

Well for those that didnt want to wear wedding dress again (for whatever your reasons were) how about just wearing just a white dress - it could be any style you like from a short cocktail dress to a long gown...just trying to throw other options out their while still keeping the theme...

I seriously would love to do this. A party of the brides. Not the wedding of the year but something like...

'BRIDES of the year!'

We could all wear our dresses, and show up- maybe we could have a charity type thing where all our money goes to like, one of the upcomming brides or something like that??
