Would you believe vendors are calling me at work

I guess entering the $1,000 contest wasn't a good idea

I haven't entered that contest even though we could use an extra $1k! From what I'm hearing ... it's not worth the hassle! Email LIWeddings and see if you can delete your personal info!

I am still receiveing also.. i dont think the email or the snail mail is there fault, cause i read the posts on the vendors side and LIW doesnt send them wedding dates apparently, so im not to mad about that but if i was getting any kind of phone calls especially ones at WORK!! OMG they would be sorry!!!

They should know better then to call you at work - how would they feel if THEIR employees were receiving personal solicitous calls at their office.

I just got a letter from a vendor congratulating me on my upcoming wedding... LOL

Luckily I didn't get any phone calls but I always give my cell phone number for things like that - it's never on so they don't bother me.

We've been getting tons of mail from vendors.Its a waste of money because we are married and just throw everything out.

Anyone on AOL? I keep getting IM's from Veilman or something with veil in it!!! I finally IM'd back and said leave me alone! I have also gotten at least 5 phone calls..A certain limo company got nasty with me last night when I told them I didn't request info..she was like well I have your name asking for info!! I mean do they think by calling and being mean that I will want to use there services!

We've been married for almost 5 months now, since August 24, 2002 and to this day occassionally either of us still receive phone calls (both at work and home) as well as e-mail (also both at work and at home) from wedding vendors. Some apoloize for contacting us since we've already tied the knot and they admit that they received leads from Modern Bride (which we'd registered many moons ago) which were old leads for future brides-to-be.

So, it's gonna take time for vendors to stop phone calling and e-mailing.

I keep getting stuff from the mail from vendors.
I dont think I will be entering any more contests.

what nerve!! there was one vendor that finally stopped calling my cell phone!! when I told her I have my dress already!!! they called me like five times!!! that sometimes I wouldnt pick up b/c the number would come up and I would be like not her again!!
