My step son will be 13 in January.
For Christmas he asked for video games and these pants.

in white!! (he has them in another color his mother got them for him)
would you buy them for him if he were your step son.

they're from hot topic-i thought that was a store that sold head bands and jewelry. lol

here they are in white.

oh boy. i am a little confused by the white skinny jeans/leggings but then again 13 is a confusing age.

i say YA, get them for him...let him express himself. lord know i as a fashion victim at that age.

still confused, but my vote is YES. make him happy by getting him what he really wants.

That's actually the style for a lot of kids that age. Shocking, I know.

Does he live most of the time w/ his mom or you guys? If he lives with his mom, I'd just run it past her so there aren't fights about those pants when he gets ready for school in the morning. This is coming from someone who grew up in a divorced household!

ETA: I know you said his mom bought them for him in another color, but I'd make sure the white is OK. You never know what moms are thinking!

he actually lives with his mothers mother.(maternal grandma)
they were very young when they had him and gave made her his guardian.

he hates them!
so if i did get them for him i prob would do it and wrap it and not tell him until he opens it.
we are celebrating this sunday with him so i have to act fast.
