Would you ever get

fake boobs? If money wasn't an issue.

Not like triple 'E' boobs, but maybe just one size up. I used to have very full C's, but after nursing my son, they've turned to itty bitty B's (Sorry if TMI)

I don't think I'd actually ever do it, but I was surprised that I found myself even thinking about it.

I never ever ever thought I would either but ever since having Ella, I have big old empty sacks. I would possibly considering having them filled back up to their prior size. My only worry is that I *think* there are mammogram issues with fakies.

Also - you have to replace them. They don't last forever. if they can make ones that last forever, I would do it, Maybe....

when they can take the fat from my a$$ & put it in my boobs...YES! I'd just like one size up...basically to not look like a 13 yr old (those were cups in my wedding dress...not me!)

yup.

I had small boobs all my life... I have a small C now but only bc theyre stretched out from breast feeding... they have the ILLUSION of being bigger.

I wouldn't mind a rack..

i have more than enough; would love a reduction! but i'm terrified of surgery; especially an elective one!

DH reaaaaally wants me to get them! LOL I told him after we're done having kids I would seriously consider getting a lift and possibly a little somn somn. I too, am afraid of the surgery part though... doing something that isn't necessary, esp when you hear all those horror stories. We'll see how far technology comes along in a few more years!!

No way, they are already big enough as is. I have considered getting a reduction, but I will wait to see what happens after I have children.

I would get them in an instant if there were no risks involved.
DH is totally against it though because of the risks also.

Im big chested to begin with 34 D so I wouldn't get implants but hubby said if i wanted after I have a baby I can get them lifted which i always wanted to do..

I want to run around with no bra HAHAHAHAHAH

My Dh says that he's starting to save for them now! for after the babies. I don't know if I would do it though. We'll see.

i would if i wasnt such a wuss about surgery and all the complications. i've always wanted them bcuz i'm tiny, and i cannot even imagine after children.. i might as well be a 12 year old boy.

we'll see... but i'd def. consider them. also, i was thinking about this yesterday and both mine and dh's family is conservative, so it may be weird to have bigger boobs all of a sudden.
