Would you say something to your photographer?
So overall I was happy with my professional pictures, but would not recommend my company based on their customer service. The photographer's wife, is basically the face of the company, but pretty much a receptionist. The thing is, you only deal with her. She sets up the appts, which they are not accommodating at all, she shows you the albums and we only met with her husband during our last meeting. She is extremely abrasive and rushed us off every phone conversation and threw every meeting with her. Her husband then informed us during our last meeting that he wouldn't even be doing our wedding, his assistant was, which kind of annoyed me since I thought we had signed a contract with him, but I didn't say anything. They nickel and dimed as for everything, literally the bill was like and 2 cents, and she made sure they got their 2 cents.
So my only gripe is, I feel like there aren't enough candid pictures and there are none of me or my husband dancing, other then our first dance. We didn't really dance that much that night and I have literally about 200 or so non-pro pictures from family and stuff, so I guess those made up for it. After the wedding, I found out from my husband that his cousin knew our photographer. I noticed that our photo. was talking to her a lot through the night. Now his cousin has to be close to 60 parties and thinks she's like Marilyn Monroe or something and is really, really full of herself. She was drunk at the wedding and dancing and yelling loudly the whole night. I find her pretty annoying lol. Anyway, my husband just told me now that someone on his side told his mom that our photographer was taking pictures of just her throughout the night. Now he was there to shoot OUR wedding, not be taking personal photos of her. I could care less whether he knows her or not. Now, I don't know if when we meet with our photographer to choose our album I should mention something to him about his co-photographer's behavior. I wouldn't even bother mention anything to his wife, as I do not want to deal with her at all. Although this is hearsay and in our proofs there is only one candid shot of her, so where these other supposed pictures went he took of her, I don't know. Should I bother saying anything to him? I don't want to have to get defensive with the guy, nor do I want to really get the other guy in trouble, as he was nice, but I feel this is inappropriate.
